Searches and their results will not be stored.

As part of the sign-up and login procedures, Musites will hold any details you provide in a database on the Musites internet server. This database is password protected and can only be accessed by the Webmaster. All personal details you provide to Musites including, but not limited to, e-mail address and password will be kept confidential. Your password will be encrypted in a way such that nobody can read it.

Your details will not be disclosed to anybody at any time, unless required by law.

Musites complies with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.

Although highly unlikely, information sent across the internet can be intercepted by a third party and Musites can not be held responsible for any data before it has reached our internet server.

Cookies are used for the purpose of authenticating Musites members. By default, this cookie is removed automatically when you close your web browser. By selecting the "Remember Me" checkbox when you log in, you are giving permission for the cookie to remain indefinitely, thereby automatically granting access to your membership details to anyone who uses your computer. Cookies are not used for any other part of the site (e.g. performing a search).

Certain anonymous information is automatically gathered by the web server (as with all web sites on the internet). This anonymous information will be used to calculate usage statistics and may be stored indefinitely in unsecured locations. This information can sometimes be combined (only when required by law) with secure records from your ISP to identify your actions and movements on this web site at a given time.
